Which pillow is right for me?

Ergonomic Cervical Neck Pillow — a buckwheat pillow you sleep on all night, with height and firmness you can adjust.

CerviRest™ Traction Pillow — a 15-minute routine of traction, heat and vibration to unwind your neck and shoulders, usually before bed.

Is it safe for everyone to use?

It's designed for adults. Please check with your doctor before using it if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or other implanted device, have had a recent neck injury or surgery, or have any medical condition. It's not suitable for children. Stop using it if you feel pain or discomfort.

What is a buckwheat pillow?

It is a pillow filled with buckwheat hulls, the light outer shells of the buckwheat seed. Instead of compressing like foam or fibre, the hulls shift and settle around the shape of your head and neck, then hold that shape.

Can I adjust the height and firmness?

Yes. Open the pillow and add or remove hulls. More hulls give a higher, firmer pillow; fewer give a lower, softer one. Keep any hulls you remove in a bag so you can add them back later. Most people find their setting within a few nights.

Is it suitable for side and back sleepers?

Side sleepers usually prefer a fuller pillow that fills the gap between the shoulder and head, so keep more hulls in. Back sleepers often prefer a lower pillow — remove some hulls and push more of the fill toward the edge that sits under your neck.
